A brand is not the logo. It is what people expect from you before they deal with you, and it is built or eroded by every piece of work that goes out under your name.
We work across the whole of that. The thinking first, deciding what the business stands for and who it is for. Then the identity: the mark, the typefaces, the palette, the photographic treatment and the rules that hold them together. Then the ongoing work of keeping it consistent while a hundred people in a hurry produce things under it.
Most of what we are asked for is one of three jobs. Building a brand that does not exist yet, rebranding one that no longer fits the business, or bringing order to one that has drifted because nobody wrote the rules down. They cost different amounts and carry different risks, and we will tell you which one you actually need.
Tell us where your brand currently lets you down. If your own team would give three different answers to what the business stands for, that is the place to start.
