A slow site loses people before it has said anything, and since Core Web Vitals became a ranking factor it loses positions too. We measure what is actually slow, fix the causes rather than the symptoms, and give you numbers before and after.

Lab scores are useful for diagnosis and useless as a target. We work from field data, real visitors on real connections and devices, and from the metrics that describe what a person experiences: how soon the main content appears, how quickly the page responds, and whether it jumps about while loading.

Images served far larger than they display, render blocking scripts, plugin bloat, unbatched database queries, fonts loading late and third party tags nobody remembers adding. On most WordPress sites, a handful of these account for nearly all of it.

We prefer changes that hold: correct image formats and sizing, caching configured properly, scripts deferred, unused code removed, and hosting matched to the traffic. Where a plugin is the problem we will say so, even if replacing it is inconvenient.
