How To USE the CA(SA) Post Qualification Competency Framework

To use the CA(SA) Post Qualification Competency Framework as a tool to guide the development of your reflective plan, follow these steps:

 

1. Select your most relevant career path from the 10 that have been identified

 

2. Select your current level (Entry, Mid, Senior)

 

3. Review the relevant competencies and required level of proficiency to perform effectively and determine your developmental areas through a self-rating and consider additional sources of information available such as performance reviews, coaching conversations etc.

 

4. Complete your CPD reflective plans.
